I have read the Sharp Short Dance guidelines * I agree Entry of the work will only be valid once payment is received. Whilst FORM aims at including all works in the program, registration does not guarantee inclusion in the program. FORM will email a confirmation letter by 22 October to the Entrant. If the work submitted is not accepted, the Entrant will be advised and registration fee reimbursed. No application will be accepted beyond the submission date. * I agree Sharp Short Dance selected submissions will be available for viewing online in full or in edited form. Submissions will be edited by a professional videographer for promotional and documentation purposes. I (teacher on behalf of students) give consent for FORM Dance Projects to use full content or extracts of submitted material to Sharp Short Dance featuring my students' work at SHARP SHORT DANCE from 26-10-2020 . The screened material will be made available to FORM Dance Projects, Riverside Theatres and SHARP SHORT DANCE 2020-2022 in media, PR and marketing across digital, print, website, social media promotion, advertising and documentation purposes only. * I agree I take full responsibility for my students and do not hold FORM Dance Projects in any way responsible for injury or loss/stolen property during SHARP SHORT DANCE 2020. * I agree As a school I understand I can submit up to three works. * I agree
